QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role that centred on creating coherent experiences.

• A solid understanding of the design and product development processes
• Deep understanding of user centred design process from need finding to usability testing
• Experience in wire-framing and prototyping,
• Proficiency in visual design tools like Sketch or the Adobe design package
• Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile application design guidelines
• Ability to learn and analyse current product base, business models and technology
• Strong communication skills and teamwork

We are looking a new member for our User Experience Design team which will be responsible for designing experiences for internal digital assets (call center screens, dealer interfaces, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Research, explore, and understand opportunities to enhance current screens
• Conduct ongoing usability research and testing to gauge effectiveness to decrease transaction durations.
• Leverage analytics to make recommendations and improvements based on those results.
• Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, working prototypes and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design visually compelling user interfaces and create the design documents. 
• Work closely both with technical and business teams.
